About Iren 

Iren is a dynamic facilitator, thoughtful content creator, and results-driven leadership, executive, and team coach. A natural problem solver, she quickly analyzes situations to identify untapped potential. Iren helps people and systems see the bigger picture, uncovering underlying concerns and resistance to create lasting behavioral change.

Iren works with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to navigate the challenges that come with growth, change, and developing people. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to emerging organizations, and they turn to her when they need someone who can coach leaders, design programs that work, and facilitate the conversations that move teams forward.

 

Her practice balances three areas: executive coaching that helps leaders develop self-awareness and strengthen their capabilities, facilitation that brings teams together to work through complex challenges, and program development that builds leadership capacity at scale. What makes her approach distinctive is how these areas inform each other. Her work as a facilitator gives her access to frameworks and models she draws upon in coaching to meet each client’s unique needs. Her coaching insights help her design programs that actually develop people. She develops custom content for each client, conducting thorough stakeholder analysis to ensure programs are relevant to the organization’s culture and actual needs rather than off-the-shelf solutions. Her rigorous training in developmental methodologies and research-based assessments grounds all of this work in proven approaches to leadership growth.

 

Iren brings 15 years of experience building enterprise-scale leadership programs and managing organizational change through multiple acquisitions at large organizations. That foundation means she understands how things actually work inside companies. What clients value most, though, is how she shows up: she creates trust quickly, speaks directly to what needs to be addressed, and stays relentlessly focused on helping people achieve what they’re actually trying to accomplish.
